Ratner Homes- Acquired in March of 2015 this lot is to be subdivided and a second home is to be built adjacent to the existing structure.  With the help of Daren Embry of ECDN Consulting the subdivision was completed under budget and within 6 months.  Plans for the construction of a new home on the rear portion of the lot should be complete and approved no later than January 2017.
